“The contractor we hired to remodel out bathroom did not know how to work with marble. I was left with an uneven floor (one could stub their toe on it) covered with discolored grout, improperly applied sealer, and grout left all over the tile. “I was at my wits end with what to do with the tile/grout in my mud room and both bathrooms. The tile was installed about 10 years ago with a light sand color grout and over the years the grout color was getting darker and darker or should I say dirtier and dirtier. I tried every kind of cleaner imaginable to get the grout back to its original color but nothing worked. I figured I was either going… to have to use a dremel tool to remove the grout or just have a demolition crew come in and remove all the tile and start again. Either way I was looking at an expensive and dirty process. I came across Ken and Marci at Marble Perfect and they explained they had a process that would not only give me back the original grout color but after they were done the grout would be sealed so it would not get dirty again. I almost could not believe them but I was at my wits end so I agreed to give them a try. When the day came to have the work completed Ken was on time, his crew ready to go, they were neat, efficient and left no mess or dust.
